Non-voice business process outsourcing
We run the processes you would rather not staff.
KCS Global Group is a non-voice business process outsourcing company based in Bhilai, India. We take on defined operational work — data, documents, records and digital administration — and run it as a documented, auditable process with a named owner and a fixed reporting schedule.

The company
Built around process, not headcount.
KCS Groups, operating under the brand name KCS Global Group, is a business process outsourcing company delivering non-voice operations from a dedicated centre in Risali, Bhilai.
Most outsourcing arrangements fail in the same place: the work leaves the client’s building before anyone has written down how it is actually done. We invert that. Every engagement produces a documented operating procedure before it goes to volume, so the output is a function of the process rather than of who happens to be at the desk.
What we take on
Defined, repeatable operational work
Processes with a describable input, a measurable output and a standard that can be checked by someone other than the person who performed the task. If it can be written down, it can be run properly at a distance.
What we decline
Anything we cannot deliver to standard
Voice processes, work outside our stated capacity, and engagements whose scope cannot be defined in writing. We would rather lose a contract at the enquiry stage than fail one in month three.
Build for the long term
We take on engagements we can still be running well in two years, not contracts that look good for one quarter.
Documented before delegated
Nothing moves to volume until the procedure is written and someone other than its author can follow it correctly.
Quality over quantity
We would rather run three processes properly than nine of them badly, and we say so when asked to stretch.
Say only what is true
No invented metrics, no borrowed client logos, no capability listed that we cannot staff today. That standard applies to this page as well.
Services
Six non-voice service lines.
Each one is delivered against a written procedure, with a review stage built into the workflow rather than added at the end.

Engagement models
Three ways to work with us.
Every relationship begins with the first of these. We do not quote volume pricing on a process we have not yet run.
Model 01
Pilot engagement
A small, scoped, paid batch delivered against your acceptance criteria. You see genuine output and we surface the real exceptions before either side commits to anything larger.
Best forA first engagement, or testing whether a process can be outsourced at all.
Model 02
Managed process
An entire process handed over and run end to end against an agreed procedure, turnaround and quality standard, with reporting on a fixed schedule and a single named owner on our side.
Best forSteady, recurring work that has become a distraction internally.
Model 03
Dedicated capacity
Allocated team hours reserved for your work, directed by you across whatever falls within our service lines. Suits variable or seasonal load where the volume is unpredictable but the need is constant.
Best forVariable workloads, or several small processes rather than one large one.
Delivery method
Five stages, in this order, every time.
No engagement begins with a headcount quote. It begins with understanding the work well enough to write it down.
Scope
We map the work with you — volumes, formats, systems, turnaround, and what a correctly finished item actually looks like.
Pilot
A small paid batch first. You assess real output, we identify the real exceptions, before either side commits to volume.
Document
The pilot becomes a written operating procedure: templates, checklists, access, escalation routes and a reporting cadence.
Run
The team executes to that procedure, with an independent review stage on every batch before anything is released to you.
Report
Agreed metrics on an agreed schedule. Exceptions are raised by us, not discovered by you.
Confidentiality & data handling
How your information is treated.
Outsourcing means handing over access. These are the commitments that apply to every engagement, written into the agreement rather than left to assumption.
Non-disclosure before anything moves
A signed confidentiality agreement is in place before client data, systems access or process documentation is shared with us. This applies at the scoping stage, not only once a contract is signed.
Work performed on our premises
Client work is carried out at our own delivery centre on company-controlled machines. We do not distribute client data to remote or personal devices.
Named access, revoked at close
Access is granted to specific named personnel on a need-to-know basis for the duration of the engagement, and credentials are revoked when it ends.
No onward subcontracting
Work is not passed to third parties without your written consent. Client data is returned or destroyed on an agreed schedule after handover.
Sectors
Where our team has operational experience.
Direct experience
Sectors our team has worked in operationally.
- Health & medical information
- Financial services
- Consumer & lifestyle
- Information services
Equally applicable
Sectors where the same processes transfer without modification.
- Technology & software
- Retail & e-commerce
- Business & industrial
- Professional services
- Education
Sector familiarity shortens the scoping stage, but it is not a prerequisite. The operations we deliver are subject-agnostic: what matters is whether the process can be defined, not which industry it sits in.
Why clients choose us
Four things that are true about us.
Non-voice by design, not by limitation
No call floor and no rotating night shifts. We deliberately took the categories of work that can be documented, reviewed and audited — because that is where a small, stable team outperforms a large, high-turnover one.
Process before people
Every engagement produces a written procedure before volume begins. Output quality should not depend on who is at the desk on a given day, and with a documented process it does not.
One point of accountability
There is no account-management layer between you and the people performing the work. When something is wrong, you raise it with someone who can correct it the same day.
We list only what we can staff
Our service lines describe capacity that exists today, not aspirations. If a requirement falls outside them, we will say so at the enquiry rather than discover it during delivery.
Careers
We are hiring Process Executives.
Full-time, at our Risali delivery centre. Monday to Saturday, 10:00–18:00, with Sunday off. The role covers data handling, document processing, research and quality checking. Write to us for current openings and details.
Contact
Tell us what the process looks like.
A short description of the work is enough to begin — what it involves, roughly what volume, and how often. We will reply with whether it is a fit and what a pilot would involve.
